5.Jeremie Frimpong (Leverkusen and Netherlands)

The former Manchester city and Celtic player was a key part of Bayer Leverkusen’s unbeaten Bundesliga title winners this year.

His form recently will definitely make him a target for big European teams around the world next summer. Frimpong spent much of his youth in England and played with jadon Sancho during the pairs time together in Man city’s academy.

The 22-year-old right-back came to Leverkusen from Celtic in January 2021 and performed well in his first full season. His speed stood him out.

Cancelo may not be pep’s best player but he remains one of the world’s best attacking right-backs. Cancelo has spent some time on loan at Bayern Munich and Barcelona while still contracted to Manchester city.

Cancelo is a well talented right-back who plays with more aggression. He is so versatile that he can play both the right and the left wing, that is to say that he uses his both legs perfectly.

Cancelo lost his spot in the Manchester city line-up, and he got frustrated about it and took a loan to Bayern, where things started pretty well for him but fizzled.

Now he returns to man city with his reputation dinged up and his future became uncertain.

Cancelo is by all accounts available for transfer and because of his obvious upside, Arsenal and Barcelona are among the clubs expressing interest.

Joshua kimmich is another versatile right-back who can also operate as a defensive midfielder.
