Ruud Van Nistelrooy has made a swift return to the premier league management after being appointed as Liecester City’s new manager. Ex Manchester united interim coach confirmed as new Liecester city boss.
The Dutchman left Manchester united earlier this month after a brief stint in caretaker charge.
He has replaced Steve Cooper, whose brief five months tenure as the foxes boss came to an end following a defeat to Chelsea last week.
The foxes has been on a lookout for a new coach and finally has sealed the Van Nistelrooy’s deal as the new Liecester City’s manager.
The Dutchman takes charge of a team that have won only two of their opening 12 league games and sit just one point above the relegation zone.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy has agreed terms with the foxes till 2027, he will be in attendance for Liecester’s premier league trip to Brentford on Saturday, before assuming full control and responsibilities from Sunday.
The main task at Liecester will be to maintain the top-flight status that they regained in may by winning the Championship title under Current Chelsea boss Enzo Marcesca

Ruud van Nistelrooy’s coaching career
Van Nistelrooy started off coaching duties with PSV as an intern, working the under-17s. he was revealed as the new striker coach of under-17s, 19s and the reserve team in February 2016.
He assisted Guus Hiddink after the world cup in 2014 and ten became PSV’s under 19 new manager taking over Van Bommel, who left his role for the senior team.
Alongside his position at PSV he was appointed as an assistant manager to Ronald Koeman’s Netherlands backroom staff together with Maarten Stekelenburg ahead of Euro 2020, after Van Wanderen left the position.

He started his career in 1993 at the age of 17 with the dutch Eerste Divisie side, where he was converted from a central midfielder to center-forward.
He netted 12 goals on 31 games in the 1996-97 campaign, the next year he scored 13 goals in 31 matches in his only season with the club.
He was later signed by PSV and he went on to score 31 goals in 34 matches, this was the highest season total in the Eredivisie and second-highest in Europe overall.
Just a year later Van Nistelrooy signed a five-year contract with Manchester United after passing his medicals.
He made his debut against Liverpool, scoring in a 2-1 loss. Then he made his premier league debut against Fulham at Old Trafford and scored two goals to help United to a 3-2 win. He scored his first Champions league goals on October 17 in a 3-2 loss to Deportivo.
He bagged his first premier league hat-trick in a 6-1 win against Southampton on 22 December.
In total he scored 23 goals in 32 matches in his first season, he broke the record he shared with Mark Stein, Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry, by scoring eight consecutive league goals and was named PFA player of the year.
He departed from old Trafford after five seasons with a total of 150 goals in 219 appearances and signed with Spanish La Liga side Real Madrid.
He was not at his best in Madrid due to injury but on returning from a long injury he created an for Karim Benzema who scored.
He departed Madrid and signed an 18-month contract with the German club Hamburger until June 2011.
He netted seven goals and made two assists in 25 appearances in his only full season at Hamburger.
Ruud returned to Spain and penned a one-year deal with Malaga on free transfer. He played for the full year and announced his retirement from football at the age of 35.
