Main reasons behind Nagelsmann’s sack in Bayern
There are some key reasons why the German coach was sacked, or rather dismissed.
The board had some concrete evidences which they have based their dismissal of Nagelsmann from Bayern.
Some of the reasons why Bayern Munich took the decision to dismiss head coach Julian Nagelsmann.
The 35-year-old was blamed for negative sporting development in the Bundesliga, as well as lack of player development within his own squad.
Also, Bayern bosses and some players were surprised to see Nagelsmann go on a skiing holiday during the international break whilst some players were still working.
Internally, Nagelsmann was giving the wrong signals and therefore the club decided to act.
Report has it that he is not exactly sacked but dismissed, therefore he is still on the payroll until he signs a contract with another club.
 Julian Nagelsmann’s achievements while at Bayern
Bayern had a difficult start to the season but have been in first place for the majority of the campaign.
The club is still in the Champions League, they played against Paris saint German and won their way through to the quarter-finals. They face Manchester City in the quarter-finals.
Despite this, Bayern bosses believe now is the time to relieve the 35-year-old of his duties.
Nagelsmann took charge of Bayern in 2021 and delivered the club’s 10th consecutive Bundesliga title.
He came to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2021 and won the German title in his first season, as well as the German Super cup in 2021 and 2022.
With his German titles he has been able to keep bayern afloat in the Champions League, though he didn’t lift the trophy, but his performance was outstanding.
Thomas Tuchel, a possible choice for Bayern
Upon the dismissal of Nagelsmann, Thomas Tuchel is now the best choice for bayern.
The German coach has been in touch with Bayern on his move to the team as their new head coach.
Tuchel can be rated as one of the Best coaches in the world of football, He has made some success from diverse teams.
He was able to lead Paris saint German to the Champions League finals in 2020 during the pandemic, but he lost the cup to Bayern who won them with one goal to nill.
At the middle of the season in 2021 he left PSG and signed a contract with Chelsea. Tuchel met Chelsea at their worst form, but through his coaching skills he was able to take the Champions League title home to Standford bridge by winning to Manchester city one goal to nill in the finals.
Tuchel had to leave Chelsea for some reason, he has been a free coach till recent choice of him by bayern. If he becomes Bayern coach the question remains whether he will do exploits as he did with Chelsea.
Tuchel has enough machinery in bayern, enough competent players that can give him what he wants. There are high hopes that he will be outstanding when he gets to Bayern.
He also has the couple of  games to play both in club level and Champions League level. On the 11th of April he will face Manchester city in their first leg in the quarter-finals of the Champions League at Etihad in North West England.
Thomas Tuchel is the favourite to succeed Nagelsmann. If the former Chelsea coach signs during the international break, his first game will be against Borussia Dortmund on April 1st.
