About the Program:
Participants in the program will have the opportunity for permanent employment and will undergo a year of skills and expertise training while fulfilling a full-time role within one of Volkswagen’s divisions.

To be eligible for the Graduate Training Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- For the ‘Engineering category,’ applicants must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- For the ‘General category,’ applicants must have obtained a national diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, Data Science/Computer Science, Public Management & Administration, Finance, or Logistics.
- All applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in the automobile industry.
- By the end of 2023, applicants should have completed at least their undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
