The greatest clubs in the world have won the Champions League. However, few have been able to achieve the feat more than once.

1. Real Madrid ( 100 Trophies):
 Real Madrid have won 100 trophies. They are the most successful club in the history of football in Europe.
Real Madrid have won the champions league tournament 14 times. The Spanish giants won back-to-back UEFA Cups in the 1980s and also boast four UEFA Super Cups on their honors list.

Bayern Munich, or simply Bayern, is a German professional sports club based in Munich, Bavaria.

The first meeting between Porto and Sporting CP occurred on 30th November 1919, during a friendly tournament organised by Porto.
Their first official encounter was in the first leg of the final of the inaugural Campeonato de Portugal in 1922, which Porto won 2:1 and gained route to its first national title.
